Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in fuel distribution, terminal operations, or logistics management.
• Strong knowledge of fuel, lubricants, and chemical handling procedures.
• Experience managing drivers, scheduling, and fleet operations.
• Familiarity with telemetry systems and fleet tracking software (e.g., Samsara).
• Working knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements (DOT, OSHA, EPA).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily terminal operations including fuel, lubricant, and chemical handling.
• Manage tank sets, inventory levels, and telemetry functionality.
• Ensure safety, environmental, regulatory, and company compliance.
• Develop driver and employee schedules to optimize delivery performance.
• Lead safety meetings and incident investigations.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to maintain service reliability.
• Provide coaching and performance management for drivers and staff.
• Lead interviewing, onboarding, and training for new employees.
• Maintain housekeeping and conduct safety inspections.
• Submit real estate and maintenance requests for facilities.
