Central Transport seeks a Terminal Manager in Oklahoma City to lead dock operations, supervise drivers and dock staff, and ensure safety and KPI goals are met.

The ideal candidate will have prior LTL management experience, strong leadership, a tech mindset, and the ability to manage shifts and complex schedules while maintaining service excellence and regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• Strong leadership skills including the ability to hire, coach, counsel, train, and mentor employees.

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee dock operations at the terminal.
• Manage loading & unloading freight, forklift traffic, and palletized freight handling.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain terminal staff.
• Provide leadership and accountability to drivers and dock workers.
• Monitor dock production and KPI goals to meet or exceed targets.
• Maintain a safe work environment compliant with DOT/OSHA standards.
• Ensure company operational model compliance.
• Support a culture of excellence in product quality for customers.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts as business levels increase.

Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule of:

Monday-Friday 6:00AM-4:00PM

Salary ranges from:

$90,000-$100,000 per year including up to 20% in quarterly bonuses

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee dock operations at the terminal
• This includes the process of loading & unloading freight, managing forklift traffic, and overseeing proper picking/sortation of palletized freight.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain terminal staff
• Provide leadership and accountability to a team of drivers and dock workers
• Monitor dock production, ensuring facility Key Performance Indicator goals are met and/or exceeded
• Maintain a safe work environment compliant with state and federal DOT/OSHA standards
• Ensure company operational model compliance
• Support a culture of excellence in quality of product to internal and external customers
• Flexibility to work varying shifts as business levels increase
