Foodliner (McCoy Group) in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Terminal Manager to oversee all phases of the trucking operation at the Birmingham terminal.

The role includes managing a maintenance shop and tank wash, ensuring safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. A bachelor's degree or 5+ years in operations management is required, with CDL Tanker endorsement preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum 5 years’ experience in operations management or transportation/logistics.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in DOT/FMCSA Regulations, especially Hours of Service.
• Working with dispatch software such as TMW and/or McCleod.
• Class A CDL with Tanker endorsement, and driving experience is preferred.
