Job summary

Foodliner Central Dispatch Operation in Dubuque, IA is hiring full-time Management Trainees to join a team that coordinates freight movements across North America. You will work with Fleet Managers to schedule drivers and customers, gaining exposure to transportation/logistics in a growing company.

The position starts at $60,000 per year with additional earnings potential through our annual bonus program based on profitability. PTO, benefits, 401(k), and life insurance are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Some post-secondary education or 1–2 years of experience in business management or transportation/logistics.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and computer skills.
• Minimal traveling is required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule freight movements across North America with drivers and customers.

Foodliner Central Dispatch Operation

Dubuque, IA

Starting Salary-$60,000 Annual Pay

Multiple positions available:

2 positions available are on a rotating schedule over a 7-day week averaging around 42 hours per week. The rotating schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays. (4 days on, 3 days off, 3 days on, 4 days off)

• 2:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• 2:00 PM to 2:00 AM

1 position available:

• Monday-Friday. 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Due to our continued growth, we have openings for full-time Management Trainees at our Foodliner Central Dispatch Operation in Dubuque, Iowa. Using a team approach, our Management Trainees work with Fleet Managers to schedule freight movements throughout North America by coordinating with drivers and customers.

This position offers a starting salary of $60,000. Additional earnings potential thru our Annual Bonus program based on company profitability.
