Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Repairman to ensure smooth cement terminal operations. You will maintain equipment, load materials, and support unloading processes to meet customer specifications while preserving safety standards.

The role may involve occasional weekend or night shifts for vessel unloading or maintenance tasks outside regular hours. Prior maintenance or terminal experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of maintenance/terminal experience.
• Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Desirable: welding, machine repair and basic electricity skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, offices, warehouse, yard, etc.
• Load/unload material for rail, waterway, and road transport according to location.
• Operate truck loading equipment.
• Maintain and repair terminal equipment; conduct preventive maintenance.
• Sample product from trucks and barges following company policies.
• Keep accurate maintenance records for terminal equipment.
• Load each truck to customer specifications within legal limits.
• Perform clerical tasks per established guidelines for receipts, shipments and inventory.
• Adhere to health, safety and environmental policies.
