Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a skilled Terminal Electrician for our New Orleans-area cement terminal. You will troubleshoot, repair and maintain electrical systems to keep plant operations running smoothly.

The role requires 5–7 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a preference for an associate degree or trade certificate. Safety and teamwork are essential in this hands-on position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Trade certificate, technical degree, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of work experience required.
• Basic computer skills related to MS Office, email and clerical software.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment throughout the terminal.
• Use and troubleshoot digital and analog PLC programs.
• Route, splice and terminate low- and medium-voltage cables.
• Perform basic mechanical tasks including non-critical welding and laser alignment.
• Report electrical problems to the Terminal Manager and assist in corrective actions.
