Job summary

Bulk Environmental & Industrial in Raleigh/Morrisville, NC is seeking a Terminal Operations Coordinator to blend driver supervision, dispatch, and fleet maintenance coordination. You will act as the administrative hub for the terminal's operations, ensuring safe, on-time loads and accurate maintenance records.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, with at least 2 years in local dispatch or fleet maintenance support, knowledge of DOT regulations, and experience with CMMS and dispatch software.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of local dispatch and/or fleet maintenance administrative experience.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, including hours-of-service and maintenance recordkeeping requirements.
• Experience with dispatch software and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Strong organizational, clerical, and multi-tasking skills to manage schedules, routes, personnel, and repair activity.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary supervisor for assigned drivers, directing schedules, routes, productivity, safety, and conduct.
• Monitor driver safety performance and ensure DOT compliance, hours-of-service, and safety rules.
• Coordinate with management, HR, technicians, and vendors on issues and maintenance priorities.
• Create, assign, and close repair orders; review labor, parts, and invoices.
• Schedule repairs and track status with internal and external parties.
