Job summary

SelectQuote, Inc. Life division is seeking Licensed Sales Agents to sell term life policies. You’ll receive warm leads daily with no cold-calling or travel, in a role with high earning potential.

Base pay during ramp-up plus performance-based earnings, with first-year compensation commonly $70-80K; many agents earn over $100K after year one, and top performers above $200K. Training, licensing in multiple states, and robust benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred with a proven track record
• Call Center experience and insurance experience preferred; Life resident license required or licensing reimbursed after training

Responsibilities

• Sell fully-underwritten and simplified-issue life insurance focusing on term policies.
• Handle warm leads with no cold-calling; no travel required.
• Meet sales targets and participate in ongoing training and coaching
