Qualifications

• PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or closely related field completed by start date.
• Strong quantitative, computational, or measurement skills relevant to workforce data.
• Experience with personnel selection, psychometrics, or workforce analytics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cutting-edge research leveraging data to improve work outcomes.
• Teach graduate and undergraduate courses and mentor students.
• Secure external funding and collaborate across departments.
• Contribute to graduate training and program growth in people analytics and workforce sciences.
