Qualifications
- PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or closely related field, completed by start date (ABD acceptable).
- Strong quantitative, computational, or measurement skills related to workforce data.
- Demonstrated ability to secure external research funding or potential to do so.
Responsibilities
- Conduct cutting-edge research using technology and data to study the workforce.
- Teach and mentor graduate and undergraduate students in I-O psychology.
- Collaborate within and beyond the School to advance workforce analytics and research.
- Contribute to growth of graduate and professional education offerings in people analytics and workforce sciences.
