Job summary

Louisiana Tech University invites applications for two tenure-track positions in Psychology and Behavioral Sciences for Fall 2026. The roles will involve teaching undergraduate and graduate courses aligned with the candidate’s expertise, advising students, and contributing to interdisciplinary STEM collaborations on campus.

Qualified applicants will hold a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology by hire or be ABD.

Qualifications

• Hold a doctorate in a psychology subfield (Industrial/Organizational) by the time of hire or be current ABDs.
• Ability to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in the candidate’s areas of research and expertise.
• Aptitude for advising undergraduate psychology majors and/or doctoral and master’s students.
• Demonstrated ability to be research-active.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses related to the candidate’s area of expertise at undergraduate and graduate levels.
• Advise undergraduate psychology majors and doctoral/master’s students.
• Engage in and contribute to interdisciplinary research collaborations within the university.
