Job summary

Keuka College invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor of Nursing. This role will teach across undergraduate and graduate programs in on-campus and online modalities with a focus on mental health nursing and inclusive student-centered education.

The successful candidate will deliver didactic and clinical instruction in face-to-face, hybrid, and online formats, develop course content, assess learning outcomes, and contribute to accreditation processes

Qualifications

MSN from an accredited program is required.
Current, unencumbered NY RN license or eligibility.
Recent clinical nursing experience.
Ability to teach in both in-person and online environments (LMS experience preferred).
Knowledge of nursing education standards and outcomes assessment.

Responsibilities

Teach undergraduate and graduate nursing courses in face-to-face, hybrid and asynchronous online formats.
Develop and evaluate course content aligned with learning outcomes and AACN competencies.
Design and assess student learning using evidence-based strategies.
Advise and mentor students for progression, licensure readiness, and career development.
Participate in curriculum development, program assessment, and quality improvement.
