Description

The Keuka College Division of Nursing is seeking enthusiastic clinicians with the expertise to guide and mentor students in off-campus clinical settings at the undergraduate level. The ideal candidate will provide hands‑on instruction, promote meaningful learning experiences, and support students in meeting clinical competencies and program outcomes. Applicants must demonstrate advanced knowledge, and clinical skills appropriate to their area of practice. The following areas of clinical practice are needed:

• Medical/Surgical
• Maternity/Women’s Health
• Pediatrics
• Psychiatric Behavioral Health

This is a pool position. The applicant pool will be accessed in the event of a hiring need for any of the above‑mentioned areas. Qualified applicants will be contacted for an interview as needed.

• Assist the students’ integration of theory and practice, specific to course learning outcomes, learning activities, and the level of the learner.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing and current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in New York State.
• Master of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in relevant nursing specialties within the last five years; prior teaching or clinical supervision experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
