Job summary

Cuyahoga Community College seeks a full-time, tenure-track Nursing Faculty member to teach courses across classroom, clinical, and laboratory environments for the Associate and Bachelor’s Degree Nursing Program.

The role requires crafting course materials, evaluating student performance, and contributing to program development. Candidates should hold a Master’s in Nursing with current Ohio RN licensure and teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing or higher with clinical background.
• Current, active RN license in Ohio.
• Approved nursing education program by a state board is required.

Responsibilities

• Teach nursing courses in classroom, clinical, and lab settings.
• Develop and deliver syllabi, lectures and materials for the program.
• Evaluate student work and maintain accurate records of attendance and grades.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum and program development.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge through reading and professional activities.
