Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Current Massachusetts RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of two years full-time nursing experience in past 5 years.
• Evidence of recent clinical experience in Maternity, Pediatric, or Medical-Surgical nursing.
• Commitment to outcomes-based education.
• Ability to incorporate instructional strategies and computer technology.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team; ongoing professional development.
• Ability to work with diverse faculty, staff, and student body; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate students in team-taught nursing programs.
• Provide classroom, lab, simulation, and off-campus clinical instruction.
• Guide assessment of nursing competencies and program evaluation for accreditation.
• Assist with admissions, governance, and college committees.
• Support student advising, college service, and professional development.
• Maintain credentials and engage in ongoing learning per MCCC agreement.
• Teach in ADN and PN programs.
