Job summary

Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts is seeking a Nursing Simulation/Skills Lab Coordinator to support the BSN program in North Adams. The role oversees day-to-day simulation and nursing skills labs, coordinating events and ensuring alignment with program outcomes.

The position requires an active Massachusetts RN license, a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), and clinical experience in nursing education. This is a full-time, 10-month benefited role starting January 2027.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree; master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, plan, and run simulation and nursing skills events.
• Prepare, clean, and store all lab equipment and technology.
• Maintain lab inventory and recommend purchasing as needed.
• If holder has a master's, teaching lab courses may be expected.
• Create an educational environment that fosters innovation, responsiveness, and accountability.
