Job summary

Morehouse College invites applications for a full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor in Management in the Division of Business and Economics. The successful candidate will teach a 3/3 load for research-active PhDs and contribute to the BE Division’s mission and programs, with responsibilities including teaching, scholarly activity, and service.

Start date is Fall 2026. Preference given to candidates with a research-based Ph.D.

Qualifications

• Active researcher with a record of scholarly work in entrepreneurship or related fields.
• Willingness to conduct research, present at conferences and publish in journals.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes as assigned by the department chair.
• Engage in ongoing scholarship to maintain academic qualifications.
• Perform divisional, college, and professional service.
• Engage with students in classroom and co-curricular activities.
• Assist in developing department and divisional programs and initiatives.
• Support management student events and division activities.
