• Doctorate degree is required for the rank of Assistant Professor.
• Lecturer rank may be offered with a master's degree and a minimum of 18 graduate semester‑hour credits in a relevant field and three years of college‑level teaching.

• Develop and deliver courses for traditional and virtual classrooms for undergraduate students.
• Engage in relevant research and publish in quality outlets.
