Starting salary ranges from $49,454.18 to $74,616.65, commensurate with certifications, experience, and education. Essential duties include delivering courses, developing curriculum, maintaining records, and participating in college governance and outreach activities.

Qualifikationen

• A.A.S. degree plus five (5) years of HVAC installation/service experience.
• 608 Refrigerant Handling certification.
• OSHA 30 Safety Certification (or ability to obtain within first year).
• Background check with fingerprinting required for new hires.
• Ability to learn Parkland information systems as technology changes.

Aufgaben

• Provide classroom instruction and assess student progress.
• Inform students of course regulations and post syllabi on the LMS.
• Teach day, evening, and weekend courses as needed.
• Teach nontraditional delivery methods (hybrid, noncredit, competency-based).
• Advise and mentor students; maintain scholastic records.
