• Record of peer‑reviewed scholarly publication to achieve Scholarly Academic status under AACSB and Sellinger guidelines.
• Commitment to Loyola’s Jesuit mission, serving the whole person, and fostering inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and MBA courses in HRM and OB, and develop new courses like Strategic HRM and People Analytics.
• Publish in peer‑reviewed journals and contribute to department research output.
• Contribute to curriculum development and program initiatives within the department.
• Engage in service to the department and Loyola University Maryland.
