Qualifications

• PhD (or ABD) in HRM, OB, I-O psychology, or closely related field.
• Established record of peer‑reviewed scholarship and high‑impact research.
• Proven teaching experience in HRM or OB at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
• Willingness to teach in person, online, or hybrid formats.
• Commitment to mentoring first‑generation and underrepresented students.

Responsibilities
