Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven excellence in undergraduate and graduate teaching.
• Evidence of scholarship via refereed publications, presentations, or abstracts.

Responsibilities

• Teach 24 credits per academic year, primarily in-person with online options; supervise internships.
• Design curriculum and create student experiences reflecting the unit's active learning theme.
• Advise students and participate in department, college, and university service.
• Engage in scholarly/creative activities and establish relationships with external organizations.
• Prepare students for credentialing exams (ACSM, NSCA, etc.).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
