University of Wisconsin-La Crosse seeks applicants for a 9-month tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Exercise Science/Kinesiology. Start date is 8/23/2027, with potential for an early start January 2027.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Exercise science/kinesiology or related field earned by end of first academic year.
• Evidence of ability to be an effective instructor.
• Evidence of clear and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses as assigned.
• Advise students and maintain currency in the content area.
• Evaluate student work and provide regular, substantive feedback.
• Maintain appropriate records and hold office hours.
• Maintain an active program of scholarship and engage in service to department, college, university, and community.
