Qualifications

• Doctorate in Exercise Physiology/Kinesiology/Exercise Science discipline or related field; degree must be earned by end of first academic year.
• Evidence of the ability to be an effective instructor.
• Evidence of clear and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses and advise students.
• Maintain currency in the content area related to the teaching assignment and evaluate student work.
• Provide regular and substantive feedback, maintain records, and hold office hours.
• Maintain an active program of scholarship and engage in service to department, college, university, community, and professional organizations.
• Additional duties may be assigned by the chair or dean.
