Qualifications

• Ability to teach online courses.
• Evidence of work with historically marginalized students.
• Scholarly record appropriate to the rank.
• Experience integrating technology in instruction.
• Ability to mentor and support student success.
• Knowledge of DEI and equity in education.

Responsibilities

• Teach doctoral courses in DELEJ and advise students.
• Chair dissertation committees and support program development.
• Engage in service and governance within the department and university.
• Collaborate across the School of Education and CSUCI community.
