Job summary

Kennedy King College in Chicago seeks a Full-Time Tendure Track Faculty member to design and deliver instruction in the Cyber Security Program. The ideal candidate will engage diverse learners, develop effective teaching strategies, and support student success across multiple sites.

The role requires extensive cyber security knowledge, classroom leadership, and a commitment to inclusive education. Teaching will occur on-site with flexible scheduling as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering.
• Experience as an instructor/trainer including planning, scheduling, and delivering cyber security training programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver instruction for the Cyber Security program.
• Create an effective learning environment and use assessments to measure student learning.
• Provide office hours and student support.
• Prepare syllabi, course materials, and evaluate student work.
• Participate in department and college-wide activities.
