Qualifications

• Master's in speech, speech broadcasting, telecommunications, rhetoric, communication, communication studies, speech communication or organizational communication
• OR Bachelor’s in any of the above
• AND Master’s in drama/theatre arts, mass communication or English
• OR the equivalent
• Equivalency process available if requirements are not met, with transcripts and work experience description
• Submit online IVC application, resume, and ALL unofficial transcripts.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses in communication studies.
• Demonstrate versatility in instructional methodology and technology for diverse student populations.
• Plan, develop, and implement course curricula including distance learning.
• Update course materials and outlines of record.
• Develop, maintain, and assess student learning outcomes.
