- Teaching undergraduate and graduate classes
- Producing high quality publications in peer‑reviewed journals
- Participating in university and other service activities
- Advising PhD students in two or more IS areas (AI, analytics, cybersecurity, programming, etc.)
- Conducting service activities and leadership roles in the department
