Job summary

The Herbel Family School of Accountancy at Kansas State University invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor in Accounting with an anticipated start date in August 2027. The successful candidate will teach courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels and maintain a productive research agenda aimed at top-tier accounting journals.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or equivalent degree in accounting or a closely related field from an AACSB accredited Business institution.
• Demonstrated strong potential to conduct high-quality research and publish in leading journals within the accounting discipline.
• Demonstrated strong potential for high-quality teaching.
• Ability to contribute to the service mission of the department and college.

Responsibilities
