Portland State University invites applications for a 9-month tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Accounting within the School of Business. The position requires a doctoral degree in Accounting, CPA/CMA, and public accounting experience, with preference for research alignment with existing faculty and success

Qualifications

• Earned doctorate with emphasis in Accounting from a nationally accredited institution.
• CPA or CMA certification.
• Recent evidence or promise of high-quality teaching effectiveness in accounting.
• Experience or ability to teach managerial accounting and AIS or systems-related content.
• Minimum of two years of professional accounting experience.
