Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Lana'i seeks an Assistant Tennis Professional to deliver tennis and pickleball instruction, run clinics and group programming, and support guest experiences on-site in Lanai City, Hawaii.

Ideal candidates have a minimum 1 year of tennis teaching experience, NTRP 4.5+ (5.0 preferred), and strong customer service. The role includes flexible hours, sports facilities, and on-island housing options.

Qualifications

Minimum NTRP rating of 4.5; 5.0 preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in tennis industry as a full-time instructor.
Experience in a resort, country club, or luxury tennis environment is a plus.
Strong customer service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Assist Head Tennis Professional in delivering tennis and pickleball lessons, clinics, and group programs.
Provide welcoming guest experience including facility orientation, program explanations, equipment and towel service.
Maintain tennis shop and facilities, court setup/breakdown, cleaning, stocking.
Answer phones and manage reservations to Four Seasons standards, assist guests with resort information.
Maintain knowledge of programs and court availability; anticipate guest needs.
Drive to Koele Tennis Facility for coverage as needed.
