Job summary

USTA New England is seeking a results-driven Manager of Tennis Venue Services in Orlando. This hybrid/flex role focuses on built environment, not IT, leading technical project management and park agency assessments to improve tennis facility infrastructure and services.

You will oversee technical pipeline metrics, coordinate reviews of construction documents, and partner with engineers, designers, and parks staff to deliver high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in technical project management.
• Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides).
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects and reporting milestones.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the TVS technical project pipeline and grant program reviews.
• Distribute tasks with documentation and track progress.
• Develop and report key TVS and PATA metrics.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, court contractors, and parks staff.
