Job summary

The USTA National Campus in Orlando seeks a technically skilled Project Manager to lead Tennis Venue Services initiatives, focusing on the built environment of tennis facilities. You will drive strategy, coordinate reviews, and deliver reports on milestones.

Candidates should have 2–4 years of experience in technical project management, be proficient in Google Workspace and PM software, and thrive in a collaborative, hybrid work setting with engineers, designers, and park partners.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in technical project management.
• Proficient in Google Workspace including Docs, Sheets, Forms & Slides.
• Proficient in project management software and data analytics programs.
• Highly collaborative, proactive problem-solver.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy, knowledge, and innovation for tennis court infrastructure.
• Coordinate peer reviews of construction documents for TVS projects.
• Regularly report on key process milestones and identify workflow improvements.
• Manage the USTA Park Agency Tennis Assessment (PATA) program.
• Establish and report on key TVS and PATA metrics.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, court contractors, vendors, and parks professionals.
