Job summary

Spin Virtual Solutions in the United States is seeking an experienced Bid and Proposal Specialist to identify and respond to government and public-sector opportunities in digital services, website development, IT, hosting, and digital marketing.

You will manage end-to-end tender processes, develop compelling proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to gather information, produce capability statements, and ensure compliant submissions.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of tender writing or bid management experience.
• Excellent written English with professional, persuasive content.
• Experience creating compliance matrices for tenders.
• Strong research, analytical, organisational, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PDF tools and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Identify tender opportunities on government portals and platforms.
• Assess eligibility, scope, risks, and submission deadlines.
• Prepare bid/no-bid assessments and recommendations.
• Register and maintain supplier profiles and panel memberships.
• Review RFTs/RFQs/RFPs/EOIs and ensure compliance.
• Develop compliance matrices addressing requirements and criteria.
• Write tailored responses covering methodology, delivery, timelines, and value.
• Prepare capability statements, case studies, team profiles, CVs, and pricing.
