You will coordinate work orders, communications with tenants and contractors, and assist with budgeting and vendor management across multiple properties in the Greater DC area. Applicants should have 2+ years of office or property management experience and a proven ability

Qualifications

• Interacts daily with tenants and contractors to ensure high tenant satisfaction.
• Maintains work orders, schedules, and communications per policies.
• Assists with budgeting, vendor selection, and reporting as needed.

Responsibilities

• Interact with tenants daily and coordinate with engineers/contractors to address requests.
• Monitor and update the online work order system from dispatch to completion.
