Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Tenant Services Coordinator to provide essential administrative and customer service support to tenants and vendors within the Property Management function. Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
  • Requires an established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills in a range of processes, procedures, and systems.
  • Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions without supervisory approval.
  • Ability to explain detailed information within the team clearly and concisely.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative tasks for assigned staff including phone support, drafting and distribution of correspondence, expense reporting, calendar and scheduling, meeting coordination, filing and copying.
  • Maintain tenant, vendor and property files, including insurance certificates and lease abstracts.
  • Coordinate and monitor status of maintenance items with Building Technicians and vendors, open work orders as needed.
  • Prepare internal lease administration documents such as lease abstracts and assist in lease administration activities.
  • Code invoices for payment, input into accounting system and reconcile A/R; prepare A/R status worksheets.
  • May initiate rent collections correspondence and phone contact with tenants where permitted by state regulations.

About the Role

As a CBRE Tenant Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing general administrative and customer service support to tenants and vendors.

As a CBRE Tenant Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing general administrative and customer service support to tenants and vendors. This job is within the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks for assigned staff including but not limited to phone support, draft, preparation and distribution of correspondence, expense reporting, calendar and scheduling, meeting coordination, filing and copying, etc.
  • Maintain tenant, vendor and property files, including insurance certificates, lease abstracts, etc. in accordance with prescribed standards.
  • Work with Building Technician staff and vendors to compile a list of maintenance items. May open work orders. Coordinate and monitor status of work assigned to vendors.
  • Prepare internal lease administration documents such as lease abstracts as directed. Assist in lease administration activities including lease set up, lease changes, reporting etc.
  • Code invoices for payment, input into accounting system and forward original invoices to accounting for payment. Prepare A/R status worksheets and reconcile A/R.
  • May initiate rent collections correspondence and phone contact with tenant where permitted by state regulations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The base salary for the Property Administrator position is $60,000 - $70,000 per year. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
