Qualifications

One year of case-management or legal assistance experience or relevant client-facing work.
Experience with housing initiatives is preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management.
Salesforce or other case management databases preferred.
Experience working with diverse populations and multilingual abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet clients in person, assess eligibility, and direct to referrals per intake procedures.
Assist clients with completing intakes and facilitate consultations for action plans.
Draft legal documents and pleadings to support tenant defenses.
Follow referral protocols to identify appropriate Tenant Right to Counsel LSO.
Research and circulate resource information for client needs.
Maintain at least 20 cases per month as program needs require.
