Responsibilities

In-person and remote triage of clients (85%).
Identify services needed, prioritize urgent cases, and assign staff accordingly.
Handle calls and emails from the remote intake line; contact clients to determine needs.
Document interactions in Salesforce and route to RTC Coordinator as needed.
Determine appointment status and contact relevant staff.
Interpret eviction notices, leases, and income documents accurately.
Provide referrals and resources if eligible services are unavailable.
Attend weekly program meetings and provide clerical support.
Maintain notes and collaborate across departments.
Support with office signage and service communications.
