Job summary

Turnberry in Aventura, FL is seeking a motivated Construction Project Coordinator to support planning, administration, and execution of tenant improvements, capital projects, and related construction initiatives across our retail portfolio.

You will manage project documentation, track contracts and invoices, coordinate communications among tenants, contractors, and internal teams, and assist with schedules, notices, and closeouts to help deliver on-time tenant build-outs and landlord capital

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• Experience in construction coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project documentation, contracts, and schedules.
• Track permits, invoices, and turnover processes.
• Attend weekly coordination meetings and prepare status reports.
• Assist with tenant build-outs and landlord capital projects.
