Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in single-family property management and property inspections.
• Experience in residential renovations and construction/project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage properties from move-out to market-ready.
• Coordinate vendors, repairs, and turnover timelines.
• Review property evaluations and scopes of work.
• Conduct property inspections and quality assurance visits.
• Assess damages and ensure properties meet standards.
• Maintain accurate work orders, updates, and communication.
