The role emphasizes branded events, budget management, and collaboration with leasing teams to tailor tours and programming. A background in meetings/events and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent industry experience in meetings/events

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute branded tenant events to enhance community and engagement.
• Manage budgets, vendor invoicing, and expense reporting for occupancy initiatives.
• Present impact reports and surveys to stakeholders including asset managers and colleagues.
• Coordinate tenant moves, tours, and building app data analysis to improve programming.
