WS Development seeks a Tenant Construction Manager in Massachusetts to lead tenant relationships from initial interest through store opening. You will translate complex construction and lease requirements into clear guidance, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to keep projects moving smoothly.

You will drive proactive communication, manage milestones, and oversee budgets while embracing AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and maintain exceptional tenant service throughout

Qualifikationen

Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Experience coordinating with leasing, legal, design, and contractors.
Ability to translate construction, lease, and regulatory requirements into actionable guidance.
Proven track record managing multiple projects and budgets.

Aufgaben

Be the Face of the Tenant Relationship and primary contact from interest through store opening.
Set clear expectations, communicate proactively, and anticipate tenant needs.
Translate complex construction, lease, and regulatory requirements into guidance for tenants.
Coordinate across internal teams and external parties to keep projects moving.
Own the critical path for each tenant project and track milestones.
Draft and negotiate construction work letters (Exhibit B) and manage budgets.
