Job summary

Home Group Limited is seeking a Tenancy Sustainment Coordinator to empower customers toward independence and better futures. You will coach individuals with alcohol or substance misuse needs while guiding them through our tenancy sustainment programme.

The role focuses on practical life skills, budgeting, and education pathways, with a temporary 5-month contract and hybrid working from Peterborough. DBS checks are required and support for flexibility is offered.

About the role

What you'll do

• No two days are the same!! One day you could be supporting a customer sign up to college and the next supporting with budgeting skills
• Help our customers develop practical life skills and achieve their personal goals
• Enable customers to sustain their tenancies and independence
• Build relationships with external agencies and signpost customers to services, education, training and employment opportunities
• Monitor and record customer progress, outcomes and wellbeing to evidence for our commissioners.

The practical bits

Temporary (5 months contract), full time (37.5 hpw). You'll work Monday to Friday with flexible working hours when needed, managing your own diary. Hybrid role based from Eastlands Peterborough. You need an Enhanced with barring list / Standard / Basic DBS check (we pay).
