Job description

We are seeking an exceptional Tenancy Services Officer to join our Tenancy and Estate management team and make a real difference to the lives of our tenants and communities.

As the main point of contact for tenants, you will deliver a proactive tenancy management service, supporting tenants to sustain their tenancies, addressing tenancy breaches and helping to maintain safe, well managed estates. This is a varied and rewarding role that combines resident engagement, home visits, problem solving and partnership working to achieve positive outcomes for tenants and neighborhoods.
