Qualifications

• Massachusetts driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Experience in shelters, social services, or housing navigation.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct housing stabilization activities to ensure tenancy preservation for families who transitioned to permanent housing.
• Demonstrate empathy and integrity while collaborating with colleagues and clients.
• Conduct monthly outreach to families and landlords.
• Mediate relationships between clients and landlords; assist with tenancy issues.
