Job summary

sg360° is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to manage the day-to-day temporary workforce processes, acting as the main liaison among HR, Operations, and staffing agencies. You will help ensure staffing coverage, timely communication, and accurate reporting for workforce stability.

The role focuses on onboarding coordination, attendance reporting, conversions, and issue escalation, within a manufacturing/distribution environment. Local travel may be involved as needed.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in Human Resources, staffing, or related area.
• Experience working with staffing agencies or temporary workforce processes preferred.
• Manufacturing, distribution, or production environment experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate temporary workforce staffing with Operations and staffing agencies.
• Maintain and report on attendance, retention, and turnover metrics.
• Prepare workforce reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Support onboarding coordination and escalation of issues.
