Position Overview

A growing and dynamic consumer goods company is seeking a highly organized Temporary Wholesale Assistant to join its team. This role will support the wholesale function across key accounts and internal departments to ensure smooth operations, accurate order processing, and excellent partner communication. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities Of The Temporary Wholesale Assistant

• Process and manage wholesale orders from entry through delivery.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and wholesale partners.
• Maintain order tracking and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Update line sheets, inventory reports, and pricing documents.
• Assist with market prep, sample coordination, and trade show logistics.
• Generate and distribute weekly sales and inventory reports.
• Support senior team members with administrative and operational tasks.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate availability to accounts.
• Coordinate with the Logistics teams to resolve shipping issues.
  
  

Required Experience/Skills for the Temporary Wholesale Assistant:

• 1 - 2 years of experience in wholesale, sales support, or operations (internships accepted).
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shift priorities.
• Customer service mindset with a team-oriented attitude.
  
  

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Temporary Wholesale Assistant:

• Familiarity with wholesale platforms such as JOOR, NuORDER, or similar.
• Experience in the fashion, beauty, home, or consumer goods industry.
