CHI St. Vincent is seeking a Temporary Travel Assignment Nurse (RN) for a 12-week contract in a Medical-Surgical unit. You will deliver compassionate, high-quality care, perform skilled procedures, and implement care plans within an interdisciplinary team.

The role supports conversion incentives if you join full-time later, including sign-on bonuses and tuition assistance. This travel assignment offers flexible PRN options and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Arkansas RN license or multi-state license (unencumbered).
• Associate degree in Nursing required.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Additional unit-specific certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, patient-centered care in a fast-paced medical-surgical setting.
• Collect, read, and interpret patient health histories.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the care team.
• Administer medications and educate caregivers as needed.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Temporary Travel Assignment Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You'll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.

This is a 12 week contract for Medical Surgical RN's for 3x12's every other weekend.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment while delivering quality patient care
• Collect, read, and interpret assigned patient’s health history
• Create and implement care plans in collaboration with other care team members
• Administer medications to patients and educate caregivers when necessary

Job Requirements

Required

• Arkansas Registered Nursing (RN) or Multi State Current License
• License must be unencumbered
• Travel experience required
• Medical Surgical experience required
• Associates degree in Nursing
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
• Additional Certifications required for specific units
