Job summary

CommonSpirit Health, through CHI St. Vincent in Arkansas, seeks a Registered Nurse for its Float/Flex Team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care and support patient recovery in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform comprehensive assessments, implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes while demonstrating urgency and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Registered Nurse license in AR at time of hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs complete patient assessment.
• Recognizes significant changes in patient status and seeks appropriate resources.
• Coordinates or collects physiologic monitoring data: vital signs, monitor results, labs and diagnostics.
• Documents assessment in compliance with hospital policy.
• Maintains plan of care.
