CHI St. Vincent in Little Rock, AR seeks a Temporary Travel Assignment Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality, compassionate care on a 12-week Medical-Surgical rotation. This role offers 3x12s with every-other weekend scheduling and a path toward possible full-time conversion incentives.

The ideal candidate has AR RN or multi-state license, ADN, travel and M/S experience, and BLS certification. We offer sign-on bonuses, tuition assistance, and clinical ladder opportunities to eligible staff.

Formación

• Arkansas RN license or multi-state license in good standing.
• Travel experience required.

Job Summary And Responsibilities

• As a Temporary Travel Assignment Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You'll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes. This is a 12 week contract for Medical Surgical RN's for 3x12's every other weekend.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will

• Have the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment while delivering quality patient care
• Collect, read, and interpret assigned patient’s health history
• Create and implement care plans in collaboration with other care team members
• Administer medications to patients and educate caregivers when necessary

Job Requirements

Required

• Arkansas Registered Nursing (RN) or Multi State Current License
• License must be unencumbered
• Travel experience required
• Medical Surgical experience required
• Associates degree in Nursing
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
• Additional Certifications required for specific units

Pay Range

$55.00 - $65.00 /hour
